1. UPS Ground

UPS Ground shipping option can be used for any orders that weigh less than 120 lbs. and that include materials not larger than 12”x12” sizes. All orders over 120 lbs. and all items larger than 12”x12” sizes must be shipped by a third-party truck carrier. Most of the glass tiles and mosaics as well as 12”x12” tiles can be shipped via UPS Ground. Please expect to receive your order in 3 to 5 business days once your order is shipped from our warehouse.

2. UPS 2nd Day Air

UPS 2nd Day Air shipping option is also subject to same weight and size restrictions as the UPS Ground option. Your order will be delivered the second business day after it is shipped from our warehouse. This shipping option comes handy for projects which require time-critical delivery.

3. UPS Next Day Air

UPS Next Day Air shipping option, restricted with the same weight and size limitations, is the fastest UPS delivery service that Stone Tile Liquidators offers. Your order will be delivered the next business day after it is shipped from our warehouse.

4. Curbside Residential Delivery (“Residential with lift gate”)

A cost-effective and efficient delivery option to have your order delivered to the curbside or driveway by your home “with liftgate”. This delivery option is our standard residential delivery option.

• Your order will be shipped from our warehouse to your residence, via third-party carrier truck (30’-50’ trailer, depending on order)

• Your order will be lowered down to your curbside/driveway using power lift gate. This delivery equipment located on the back of the truck provides an easy and safe unload.

• You and your helpers move your order to your home once the truck is unloaded.

5. Inside Residential Delivery (“Inside Delivery”)

It might be helpful to invest in an inside residential delivery if moving your order into your home is going to be too difficult. The carrier will move your order inside for you.

• Your order will be shipped from our warehouse to your residence, via third-party carrier truck (30’-50’ trailer, depending on order)

• Your order will be lowered down using power lift gate and will be brought into your garage or house for you. Additional shipping charge on top of residential shipping rate, approximately $0.70 per 10 lbs, is applied. Please contact us to arrange inside delivery for your order.

6. Commercial Delivery (“Commercial Delivery”)

If you are planning to receive your order at a commercial location which has a loading dock and equipment such as forklift or pallet jack, it is best to choose the commercial delivery option.

• Your order will be shipped from our warehouse, via third-party carrier truck (30’-50’ trailer, depending on order)

• You receive the order at an official commercial loading dock using equipment on site.

• No additional charges.

7. Pick up at the Carrier Terminal (“Terminal Pickup”)

By picking up your order from the third-party carrier’s terminal in your area, you can save money. The carrier will inform you when your order is ready for pick up at the closest terminal to you.

• The third party carrier will contact and let you know when your order is ready for pick up.

• Bring a valid form of identification such as a driver’s license. The warehouse personnel will note down your details, along with your license plate number, for their records.

• You will need to obey all road weight restrictions and have a vehicle that can handle the weight and length of your items.

• Your order will be on a wrapped pallet, ready for transportation.

Container Load Orders and Volume Shipping Rates

Container load orders and orders over 4,000 lbs. qualify for volume shipping which means a better rate than standard service. Please contact us to get the best rate and to arrange volume shipments.

International Orders

For Canadian shipments and other international shipments please contact us so that special delivery arrangements can be made.

Order Shipping Dates and Times

At Stone Tile Liquidators, we strive to ship all orders as soon as possible. Once your order is received, we will schedule the pickup of your order by the third-party carrier or by UPS. Same day shipping cut-off time for orders that will be shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air is 12 PM EST. Orders received after cut-off time will ship the next business day. Please note that the estimated shipping transit duration for your order starts once your order is shipped from our warehouse.

Order Delivery Dates and Times

All common third party (common carrier) deliveries take place Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Please be at the delivery location to accept your order. Additional shipping charges may apply if a redelivery is required.

How to Track Your Stone Tile Liquidators Order?

For any type of delivery option, you can easily track your order online. Stone Tile Liquidators will email you the tracking number for your order as well as the name of the carrier. The email will include:

• The tracking number for your order

• The name and telephone number of the carrier

• A link to the carrier’s website so you can track your order online.

Inspecting and Signing off your delivery

The driver will ask you to sign the waybill once your order is delivered.

Please inspect the delivery and check for any visible damages and record them on the waybill before signing off on your order. It is very important to record damages and loss on the waybill. You can also note “Pending Inspection” if you want to check items in detail after unload to make sure all items are received in good order. Please take pictures and take notes. All of the third-party carrier shipments come with an insurance against damage and loss but the waybill must include a statement describing how the order was received.
