• The product must be returned in original packaging
• The product must not have been used, installed, removed and then returned.
There is 25% restocking fee on all returned products that have no issues.
Returns due to color of the material will be subject to 25% Restocking Fee. Natural Stone products are products of the nature and variations in color, pattern, texture and veining must be accepted. The original shipping charge, the return shipping charge and 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the credit total and issued back to the original method of payment used to place the order.
If any material is returned due to quality issues such as cracks, fissures, scratches on the surface, broken or chipped corners there is no restocking fee.
You are responsible to pay the return shipping charge if there is no issues (such as cracks, damages, fissures, scratches on the surface, broken or chipper corners) with the product. Absolutely, no returns are accepted after 60 days of receipt of products.
All product-related issues must be submitted via email to email@example.com along with:
• Your order number
• Pictures of the product showing the issues
• Description of the issues including the quantity of product and other details.
Once your email is received, we will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible. If we determine that the product has quality issues such as cracks or scratches on the surface, we will arrange the return and issue a full refund including the original shipping charge after all of the material is received and inspected in our warehouse.
However, 25% restocking fee will be charged on all orders returned back to us due to color or shade, or if there is no issues with the product.
Products Damaged During Shipping
Inspecting your order at the time of delivery for any damages or loss is very important.

All of the third-party carrier shipments come with an insurance against damage and loss but the waybill must include a statement describing how the order was received. The insurance terms and conditions and the amount of coverage for your order will depend on the third-party carrier as well as the weight of your order. Most of the third-party carriers’ insurance covers $5.00 per each lbs. We are happy to assist you in filing a claim with the third-party carrier for the damages and loss incurred during shipping.
Please note that installing a damaged or defective product may void warranty or damage claim.
All orders are carefully packaged to avoid damage in shipping. Damage to products will almost always be visible on the exterior of the boxes, pallet or crate. Therefore, recording damages on the waybill at the time of delivery is critical.

We will inspect all the material and products once they are returned to our warehouse.
For products returned to our warehouse not due to any quality or product issues, we will check if all material is returned in original packaging. You are responsible for the return shipping charge and there will be a 25% restocking fee on all returns. The refund total will not include the original shipping charges.
For products returned to our warehouse due to any quality or product issues, we will inspect all the material to check the issues described and photographed by the customer in the email. Once we confirm the issues on our end, a full refund including the original shipping charge will be made. You are not responsible for any shipping, return or restocking charges or fees.
All refunds will be made within 4 – 6 weeks from the date the products are received. We will email you a receipt for the credit amount so you can check with your bank.
